Marlborough the “Gourmet Province”

Marlborough is known as the “Gourmet Province” and the cafes and restaurants will let you indulge in a taste sensation. Greenshell™ mussels are a must for seafood lovers, as is the fresh fish, along with scallops and oysters. New Zealand lamb & beef, venison and pork are for the meat lovers, with Marlborough’s fresh produce providing the accompanying salad or vegetables. Lets not forget a bottle of great Marlborough wine and nothing could get any better.

Havelock has numerous eating establishments, and scattered throughout the surrounding area. There are many more great places out in the Sounds, from fully licensed restaurants to simple cafes.
